(Also, funny side note, I have been heavily into the roleplaying part of fallout 4 and I have made a hellfire armor with minutemen paint and it is now the thing I wear every time I need to help another settlement lmao)

Ubisoft had four years to learn stealth gameplay from Ghost of Tsushima. If they drop the ball this time it's the end.

Going to join the Railroad or stay with the Minutemen. I came to Fallout 4 because of the Amazon series and I’m more interested in taking out the Brotherhood than the Institute.

Firstly with aquaboy/girl, there's a whole island settlement, there's so many mirelurks that in a melee build would be a lain to kill, having to walk all the way over to a bridge to get to places is annoying, hazmats are in specific locations, mirelurk cakes need specific ingredients, this is just one level up. And putting on a different outfit then putting on every piece of armour after is a pain. With ghoulish, I find it very tedious to stimpack or eat food, I find radaway to also be tedious. This means you can camp by any radiation, the Far Harbour dlc is easier, atom cultists are easy, in melee builds enemies like ghouls and such don't irridiate you anymore, you can even use weapons that give you radiation- like the assaultron head- to their full potential. Ghoulish is very very useful if you build around it. That does make it circumstantial, sure, but so are so many other perks, you need to know how you're building a character before you invest in most perks.

I get absurdly bored with melee combat; just standing there mashing a button. This game turned me into a mage main in every game I play. It's much more fun standing back and slinging spells of whatever type and becoming a god controlling the outcome of battle in whatever way I choose. This game has hundreds of spells plus spell-making combinations. Archery is also overpowered in this game, once you get to a certain point, you just one shot everything from any distance. Melee is good for starting out and learning the game though as eventually you'll also just bash your way through all your enemies. Been playing Morrowind since its release and high elf Telvanni is the best experience for me

First off, she's not a shinobi, she's a kunoichi (female ninja). In japanese, if you take the kanji that spells kunoichi and do anagram, you get a new word : onna (woman). Anyways, that's the character i'd be playing, not the african samurai, LOL. Hell, i doubt there were, ever, black samurai. The samurai came from wealthy families, and the Japanses at the time, were extremely traditional. They wouldn't even accept the use of the left hand, regarding swordmanship, because if they were walking in opposite directions their katana would bump on each other. As a kid, they'd tie up your left hand behind your waist until you learned to use your right hand as your dominant hand. Incredibly precise and tradional. And a black is not traditional,, he would have never been accepted as a samurai. As a ninja, probably so, since ninjas were mostly orphans taken from the street at a very young age. And here is the reason why, it should be called Ninja's Creed. While the samurai were nobility and educated and mostly loyal to the masters and do the right thing always, etc, the ninja would be more like black ops/spies. Even so, they'd get exceptional training and education so they could fill up a number of roles, while hiding in plain sight, waiting for the kill order. The village teacher or actor or doctor, the palace maid or cook, you name it. Would stay in a rich household, even for years fulfilling roles. (Sleeping Seed). Masters of anatomy and medicine/poisons, they'd hide in a household for days or weeks, carrying only sesame seeds and steal a bit of water when the family was out and about. They'd observe stool and see if someone was sick and probably what of. Stuff like that. Now you see why Ninja's Creed would be far more interesting as a title and concept. If you want samurai action, there's Ghost of Tsushima, now on pc as well.

The encoded message is a simple cipher, they probably just ran the original text through an encoding software to shift the letters based on the cipher they created for it. Not difficult, even at the time. EDIT: I should note that you do get the decoded version later in the game and get to read what it says.

i placed a drink vendor along with all the other vendors. it's funny how all the settlers group up at the drink vendor when work is done. i should probably place another drink vendor because it looks like some bottleneck

Unfortunately this game has DEI stink all over it. We've been waiting for an AC Japan game since the beginning and we get.... A black dude. Dont get me wrong, hed be awesome in an african setting, but they just had to mess around with the one thing we've all been waiting for. And he wasn't even a samurai, he was akin to a waterboy. Its just such a huge stretch. I'm just done with this forced diversity crap. Like is the game not diverse enough with it being set in Japan?? Had to put a token black character in there too?

Even just making those starter water pumps that add 3 water each, adds up pretty quickly - you just need more than one or two. Early game I just spam out like 6 or 7 of them per settlement with 3-4 regular turrets near them and it generates enough water to fund early stuff, without exhausting perk points on intel/science. Have never had an issue with raids. Once every so often I need to defend one... no biggy.

Strange, I haven't had any stuttering or lagging in my playthrough. But I doubt I have as high end of a PC like jayvee so I havent touched the settings at all so that is probably the reason.
